Shipping, Payment, Orders

How much are shipping and payment fees?

Shipping:

  • Delivery to address: €10
  • Email delivery (for gift vouchers): free

Payment:

  • Card payment: free
  • Apple Pay: free
  • Google Pay: free
  • Online payment: free
  • Bank transfer: free with €1 discount per order
  • Cash on delivery: €2 - not available for DIY products

For orders over €100, shipping is free.

When will I receive my package?

If you order on a weekday before 11:00, we will ship your parcel the same day. There is a high chance you will receive it within 1–5 days. It’s always good to allow one extra day for safety.

How can I track my package?

The process differs depending on your chosen carrier.

Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store. However, some GoldBee products can be ordered and tried at selected Sportisimo stores. More information at Sportisimo.cz.

Complaints, Returns

How does a complaint work?

After receiving your complaint, we will send you an email confirming that the parcel has arrived safely.
We immediately forward it to the manufacturer, and as soon as we receive their assessment, we will contact you via email.
Please note: We cannot speed up the complaint process; we must always wait for the manufacturer’s response regarding repair. By law, we have 30 calendar days to resolve it, so we ask for your patience.

Returns and product exchange?
I returned an item, when will I get my money?

Once the parcel is returned to us, we will immediately send a confirmation email and refund your money. The refund will be credited to your bank account within 14 calendar days after the items are received in our warehouse.
