No problem. You have 30 days to try and return your items.
First, choose a return form
You can use either the online form or the standard PDF form.
Online form
Simply complete the form on your phone or computer. We will then email the completed form to you. Print it out and include it with the items you are returning.

Complete the form on the second page, print it out and include it with the items you are returning. If you cannot print it, simply write the required information on a sheet of paper.

If you use the online form, we will email the completed form to you. Please print it out.
If you do not have a printer, write the same information on a sheet of paper.
Pack your items
Include the following in the parcel:
• the items you are returning,
• the completed form,
• the invoice or receipt – a copy is sufficient.
Seal the parcel securely to prevent damage during transit.

Important information
Return your items in person
You can also return the items in person at our pickup point at the address above. Please make sure you include a properly completed return form.
Would you like to exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer standard exchanges. Please return the unsuitable item to us and we will issue a refund to the bank account specified on your return form. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
