Shipping, payment, orders

If you order on a weekday before 11:00, we will ship your order the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–5 days with carriers, but we recommend allowing some extra time..
The process depends on the carrier. Tracking information can be found in the email from the shipping provider.

Complaints, returns
After receiving your complaint, we will send you an email confirming that the package has arrived safely. We cannot speed up the complaint process and must always wait for the workshop’s statement or repair. Please be patient, as we have up to 30 calendar days by law to resolve it.

As soon as the package is returned to us, we immediately send an information email and then issue the refund. The money will be back in your bank account no later than 14 calendar days after the goods arrive at our warehouse.
