Free Returns Within 30 Days
Worried the clothing won’t fit? No problem. We give you 30 days to try and return items.
If you decide to return the item within this period, here’s the easiest procedure:
- Fill in the return form (if you don’t have a printer, just write the details from the form by hand on paper). Don’t forget your bank account number so we know where to refund your money.
- Carefully pack the parcel and include the invoice or receipt (a copy is sufficient) + the completed return form.
- Take the parcel to the nearest Packeta branch
- Tell the staff the unique number: 93863564 and they will know exactly where to send the package.
Please remember that the items must remain unused! Please print the form you receive by email and include it in the package! If you don’t have a printer, just write the details on paper. Thank you very much! 🥰
We will try to refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the parcel.
The cost of returning the item via Packeta is €3.20.

Do you want to exchange the item?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items. However, if you chose the wrong color or size, no worries. Just send the item back and place a new order.
We will try to refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the parcel.
Item exchange is only possible in the case of a gift voucher purchase. In such a case, a refund is not possible.
