Complaint Procedure

Please fill in the complaint form so that we know exactly what the defect is, and carefully packaged, bring the parcel to the nearest Packeta branch.

At the branch, tell the staff the unique number: 93863564, and they will know exactly where to send the package.

Please note that the goods must be clean, washed, and hygienically safe; otherwise, we will not be able to accept it for a complaint. Thank you very much for your consideration 🥰

 

Once we receive the parcel, we will contact you with a solution. In case the complaint is approved, the procedure is as follows: if the item is in stock, we will immediately exchange it for a new one; if it is not in stock, we will refund the full amount to your bank account.

Please print the form you receive in your email and include it in the package! If you don’t have a printer, just write the details on a piece of paper.

If you have problems with the form, you can always use the pre-prepared form.

 

Complaint Rules

A complaint must be made without unnecessary delay, as soon as the defect appears. Any delay while continuing to use the product may worsen the defect and devalue the item, which may also be a reason to reject the complaint.

The warranty period for the product is 24 months and should not be confused with the product’s lifespan, i.e., the period during which the product, with proper use and maintenance, can last considering its properties, purpose, and intensity of use. A defect does not include changes in the product (its properties) caused by wear and tear, improper use, insufficient or unsuitable maintenance, natural material changes, damage caused by the user or a third party, or other incorrect interventions.

A complaint is considered properly submitted if the product is complete and general hygiene principles are not violated. The customer must present the product clean and hygienically safe. Czech Soul s.r.o., the operator of the e-shop www.goldbee.sk, is entitled to refuse to accept products that do not meet these general hygiene rules.

The complaint, including defect removal, will be processed without unnecessary delay, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date of submission.
